Glow vs Ovia?

Hi ladies. I also have the app Ovia as well as Glow but my fertile window is different on each? Ovia is saying im fertile between 15-20th March when glow is saying 10-16th. Anyone know how there is such a gap when my details (previous periods) are the same on each app?

Glow is always off on my ovulation.  Obispo is spot on, every month.

My Ovia is the same way not so far off I think only like 2 days but it still doesn't match up. I bought Clear Blue Digital Advanced ovulation predictor last night so ill,start using that ON Sunday I think. Just to be sure I don't miss it.

Glow keeps adjusting itself everyday to push my fertile window, I don't believe it either. I think I missed my LH surge completely. I was thinking that maybe Glow is readjusting thinking it is still waiting for that positive OPK and that I am on a really long cycle this week. Idk. I use Ovia as well, but this is my first full cycle for both apps.
