Pumping breastmilk and going potty a lot?

Hey girls. I posted a few times on here, my son Daryl was born at 26 weeks 1 day and is in the nicu. He is making progress every day. Im so proud of my little fighter. I am trying to breastfeed or well pump as much breastmilk as I can. With my first born, breastfeeding lasted 2 weeks. With my second child it lasted a week. So I have a hard time producing. But this time, it seems pumping never ends! Yesterday I pumped one breast for an hour and a half and milk was slowly coming out. My question is does pumping breastmilk cause (sorry if tmi) diarrhea in the mom? Ive talked to a lactation nurse who told me that breastfeeding does cause a feeling of having to make a bm, which ive done every day this week one day it happened twice. I was just wondering for my own curiosity.
