Advice ??

My husband and I have been trying to conceive since September and it is March hopefully this is the cycle I haven't had any cramping no spotting and I'm supposed to start my period Tomorrow last month I was a week early which is never happened before my OB said it could have been a miscarriage after all the tests they ran they said it was just a early period, I was on birth control for almost 5 or 6 years and my OB said that my birth control is finally getting out of my system so does anyone have any advice or tips please :)
