If you aren't 100% sure then don't do it. It's not like you can't get married later on. It doesn't have to happen right this second.

Everyone changes, even after marriage. If the changes are making you less sure about the marriage, you need to take a step back and see why. Marriage is about learning to love the person you are currently married to, not only loving the person they were on your wedding day.  I recommend counseling before taking the full plunge!
