Nursing mother recommendations?

Hi I haven't had a period since Aug 2014 and the app only goes back to Oct 2015... so is there anything I can do? Not fertile yet? I'm trying to prevent btw!

I nursed my son for 15 months and did not have a period the entire time. but literally two days after he stopped nursing I had my period. nursing is not a form of birthcontrol though. you can get pregnant while nursing, lots of women do. I however was not one of those people.. but everyone is different. if you aren't wanting another baby, I suggest getting on some form of birthcontrol.

With my first i nursed for over a year. I got my first af back when my baby started eating real food after 6 months. Its good to have a few periods before getting pregnant again too.

Doesn't mean it prevents you from getting pregnant.
