Please Help :(

I'm so confused!!

I had my period at the start of February then (youll see on my calendar) i then had weird spotting on the 15th and 16th then it litetally just stopped.

I was ovulating around the 22nd of February. I have had a few symptoms here and there that would relate to pregnancy but I don't know whether I'm just overthinking them.

I have done a pregnancy test practically every day with nothing but then today I do a pregnancy test and an ovulation test (which now is when I'm due for my period!) and a very faint line came up on my ovulation test what the hell is going on??? :(

Just on a side note I had my Implanon removed on the 27th of January.
