Allergic? Help!

I have recently been having terrible migraines. I was down for three days. It scared my husband pretty bad. Then I was feeling better, and getting a handle on things.

Then I remembered that I hadn't taken my prenatal in a day or two. I'm ttc #1. So I just took my prenatal, and now I'm feeling nausea so bad I'm dizzy and had to sit down. My headache is back and happy to reestablish dominance.

Could this by an allergy to my prenatal vitamins? I've never had an allergy to a medication or vitamin before, though I am very allergic to perfumes.

I feel terrible and my husband works grave shift.
