Ttc advice!

Hey ladies, back to day 1. I thought for sure this would have been my month bc I used both opk and preseed for the first time. March will be our 6th month trying (I know not long but long to me) and I'm looking for advice on what you did the month you got your bfp. For those who said they "stopped trying" did you still use opk or only around the time you knew you'd be ovulating. Thanks!
