Boyfriend issuesssss

Well I dated this guy a while ago for almost a year. Everything was going great until he started talking to his 'friend'. This friend just so happened to be a girl. Now, I'm not the prettier girl out there and j get really jealous. But basically I think I ruined the relationship because of my jealousy but he broke up with me and told me how great of a girl I was and he wishes we could have kept it going but yeah. But since then, I've gotten a new boyfriend. been with this guy for 5 months now and THEN low and behold former ex boyfriend (^^^) texts me about how he still thinks about me and says that it's depressing that we're not together anymore and he keeps having dreams about me and wakes up sad from them and a little tiny tiny part of me misses him but the other loves my current boyfriend. But te thing about my boyfriend is that he's SUPER clingy. Like it's overwhelming sometimes and I don't know what really to do. Please help me
