So me and my daughters dad broke up a couple months ago because he hit me and pushed me and her down the steps, well we go today too see if they find him not guilty or guilty, well I have bad anxiety and I'm not lying about this whole case cause why would I lie about something so serious, well his aunt called me and told me that when they "find him not guilty " she's gonna laugh when they take our daughter and give him full custody for me lying:( I'm not lying but what if the judge doesn't see him guilty:( will I lose my daughter for them thinking I'm lying:( please help I'm balling my eyes out cause this is so scary
