Does anyone else get extremely itchy skin after a bath or shower???
I feel like i stay pretty moisturized. Any advice! Im so itchy!!!

Was this happening before you got pregnant? It used to happen to me a lot, then I realized it was the dryer sheets causing it! I stopped using them and the itchiness after showering stopped. This was 4 years ago and I haven't had it again after years of dealing with it.

I do if it's a particularly warm bath. I'll usually throw in a bath melt or coconut oil to help keep my skin moisturized.

I usually put body oil on and after awhile put cocoa butter lotion on certain areas as well. The oil after bath really helps to stay moisturized.

Try switching soaps, if you can. My doctor suggested Dove or Caress and I find that I'm a lot less itchy.

I am the same way sometimes 😞skin feels so dry and itchy I always put coca lotion on like crazy after that happens it kinda goes away in a while
