Blood!?!?

I'm 13 weeks 1 day and I just wiped and saw a pinkish brownish blood...should I be concerned!?!? I'm nervous!!!

I had the same thing and freaked with both of my pregnancies. My OBGYN and midwife both told me not to be alarmed. It's pretty common to spot through the first trimester and into the second. Only worry if it's a large amount of blood and there severe cramping. Then I'd get to the doctor asap!
