Any back pain?

Question

Need some help. I have lower to middle back pain that happens to spike up. I injured my back when I was 13 years old. It's a life long injury. My sciatic nerve gets pinched constantly and my left middle back swells up where the muscle is. I am only 17 weeks so I know it is going to get worse. Anyone have the same problem or similar place an option. Anyone have experience please give us all some advice! Thank you for your participation.

My midwife said prenatal massages are a girl's  best friend, especially if you are experiencing  back pain. You can also see a chiropractor as long as you tell them you are pregnant.

Try some yoga and stretching to ease your muscles.

I take a warm bath when my back/sciatic acts up. It takes the pressure off for a bit and feels great. Also just walking into a pool will do it
