I should be 10 weeks (and yes I'm sure about my dates). I've had 3 ultrasounds with no changes, never developed past 5w+5d and my hcg levels were not going up as much as they should be.. I had a missed miscarriage. Anyone else have this in the past? I've never had a d&c, what can I expect? I'm devastated, my first pregnancy was ectopic and now this is my second... I need positive vibes right now.
