Meat aversions?

I am 21 weeks and mostly my morning sickness is gone but I still have major aversions to any kind of meat :(

Anyone else struggling with this....

I didn't eat meat my whole pregnancy with my son-- it just grossed me out! The minute he was born I was back to my carnivorous self! 😉

I've been making bone broth at home every week because my body (and baby) is starving for protein but I can't stomach meat. Bone broth is AMAZING for your health and is so cheap to make. It's loaded with magnesium which is what you are lacking when you're getting sick. It's rich in protein and is only about 60 calories per serving and it keeps me full for hours. I spend $2 on bones and then cut up some onions and veggies that I already have and it lasts me a week. I definitely recommend it.

Yes!! I did chicken salad the other day but it just grosses me out right now.

I can't stand red meat since I've been pregnant. I can stomach chicken and fish though.

I couldn't eat meat with my 1st pregnancy,  and now all I want is a nice steak!  Lol (pregnancy #2)
