Pregnancy jealousy?

I had a miscarriage on Friday and I just found out my coworker is pregnant and due around the same time I was supposed to be due. When she told me I got so sad but I covered it up. I hate that I feel this way, but I just miss my little growing baby and the fact that she is fine makes me so sad and jealous. Anyone else feel this way?

I miscarried last week (still going through bleeding and some cramps) I was 9wk1d when I found out the spotting I was experiencing was a miscarriage. It was our first baby. We were so excited.. my sister is 16wks. A co-worker is 32wks (not married; this is her second) another co-worker is 21wks (16 years old in high school). I don't even want to look at them right now. Not that I would EVER wish this on ANYONE, I feel that it is just not fair. I always just think.. "why me"?

Uh yes! I feel this way. I had a miscarriage a week ago, and every baby and pregnant woman makes me sad.

I just found out via FB that my cousin is pregnant. 😭😭😭 immediate heartbreak. It's not that I'm not happy for her, I just want my baby back.

It seems you are not the only one. I had D&C on 25th of Jan. I was 11 weeks. Yesterday I learned that my sister is also pregnant and she is right now 11 weeks.I lost my self last night..... I'm crying since I learn it.... I love my sister and for sure I'm exited about my nephew but dear Lord why he is still testing me....Isnt it eneogh yet?

Yes, I have 2 friends (both started ttc months after my husband and I) one is due 4 weeks before and the other 1 week after I was supposed to be due. They both announced their pregnancies early (around 7 weeks). I didn't want to say anything until 12 weeks. Just miscarried at 10 weeks and I can't help but be jealous. I'm happy for them but sad for me..

I feel the same way. A few of my cousins are now pregnant and healthy or just had their baby and it makes me so sad and mad at the same time. Aad because I wish I still had my baby and mad not at them, but the fact that I'm not in the limelight getting to show off my belly or talk about my baby anymore. I think it's all normal though. Praying for a healthy pregnancy and healty baby when we try again and same to those who will be trying again as well.

I absolutely know what you're talking about. It's totally normal. It's just a hard situation. I'm sorry you e gotta go through that mama. That was the most difficult time in my life trying to navigate through the greiving process.

I know exactly how you feel. I've had two consecutive miscarriages and whether I know the person or not it's like someone stabbed me in the heart again every time I find out someone is pregnant or see a pregnant woman. What you're feelin is totally normal and you are not alone. All the best to you.

In the exact same position. I told my coworker I had a miscarriage and she told me 4 days later she was due just 6 days before we were due. Heartbroken!!! Not to mention the fact at our work Christmas party at the end of January I was not drinking cause I already knew and she was wasted. Obviously I would never wish harm to anyone's baby, but it hurt knowing i did everything right and we won't be taking our babies home.

I think it's perfectly normal. The biggest problem I have is feeling like others are rubbing it in my face they are expecting
