Ladies... I need advice... I had a recruiter reach out to me today about my dream job. She is calling me tomorrow to set up an interview, I assume. I'm obviously nervous about switching jobs because of FMLAand Short Term Disability... But I mean.. Do I mention I'm expecting before the interview, during the interview, or after the offer? It's kind of hard at this point to hide the fact that I'm expecting.. Do any of you have advice? Been in this situation before?
