This is a weird question. I'm 23+3 wks with my 2nd baby and was wondering if any of you ladies have this going on.

Last couple of weeks I've noticed whenever I stand too long and feel that uncomfortable pelvic pressure, my vag is very swollen but noticeably more on one side. I was freaked out where I had to have my SO take a look for me. He said it just looked like a puffy vein. There's no pain at all. (I'm healthy I don't have any stds). Is anyone else experiencing this? I didn't have it to this extent with my first pregnancy.
