Is anyone out there using cyclogest/progesterone suppositories? I didn't really get many instructions with mine but am meant to do two twice a day and am wondering how important it is they are evenly spaced? I'm trying my best but sometimes I can do it every 12 hours but other times it might be 10 hours or even 14 before I can do it... Wondering if this matters or not? Thank you!
