Am I the only one who always has a stuffy nose when I lie down but when I sit up, it's always runny. But only in my apt, where I have central heat. My bedroom is the coldest room (poor insulation) so I have to put the heat on 74 to feel warm. Then sometimes I wake up and get completely naked because I'm so hot. I don't know what's wrong as far as me not being able to breath...and it effects my sleep majorly!
