Tattoos while pregnant

One of my friends on fb is obviously pregnant, but not keeping the baby, & she posts weekly about the new tattoo she just got. I think she goes to someone's house to get them because no professional shop would do them & they also look really weird & blotchy. I know it's not good for you to get them & I'm wondering why she continues to do it even though they're not coming out very good. It's crazy.

Would you ever get a tattoo while pregnant? I couldn't do it.
