Heels while pregnant?

I want to still wear high heels while pregnant? Any one still do? Some people find it pretty bad to wear heels while pregnant and others see it as it should be fine ?

I wore them occasionally but once my feet started swelling, I just couldn't handle the pain..

If you feel confident that you won't fall  down and you are able to, then go for it. I personally couldn't even if I wanted to because of the swelling.

I did everyday till my Great Dane jumped on my foot and broke a bone in it. If you are used to them go ahead. Just remember as you get further along your center of gravity will change.

I wore them to a wedding lol I was fine. As long as you're comfortable and you can walk in them, go for it.
