Alright so here we go. Every day or at least every time I go outside, there's this cat. Typically she follows me at a distance down my driveway. I've tried offering her food and friendship but she seems uninterested. She doesn't run but she just casually walks off so I'm guessing she doesn't want to be friends. HOWEVER every afternoon/ night this same cat will come to my window and saranade me for 2/3 hours at a time. This happens every single night. My neighbors are pretty pissed about it. I put my head out the window and she'll just continue to meow at me but if I come downstairs she walks off. I'm so confused lol. Wtf does she want lol?!  I would take her in but I'm sure she belongs to someone and she doesn't seem all that into me anyway. Does anyone own a cat and know what is happening?
