STI OR???

Three weeks ago i developed some small white spots around my lips (Google fordyce spots- identical) and two sores on my gums, both cause no pain, discomfort or irritation, well they stayed and I plucked the courage up and went to the walk in (doctors not open on weekend) he dismissed it to thrush and gave me treatment for that.. Well they are still here and still non itchy painful ect.. I went to my actual doctor and he said to go back in two weeks if they still persist and I'm also pregnant what do I do???
