Any idea on what this is?

Posted this a couple days ago and people said oh it's razor burn totally not I know what razor burn looks like and this is spreading. Boyfriend thinks it's poison ivy but I've never had it before. Going to the doctors later today but any ideas?!?

Go to the doctors. I'm not sure what that is but it doesn't look like razor burn or poison ivy.

I would go to the doctors... It's defiantly not razor burn. Something could be or could get infected.
