Uncomfortable

So I can feel my baby move and I will have so much pressure and pain, especially in my vaginal area.. i feel a pressure like cramps or maybe having to use the bathroom.. it's like I can feel her shake her head and ball up her fist.. My lower back is KILLING ME and so are my hips, last night I had to rest in an"all 4s" position just to ease the discomfort.. Anyone else had this issue before??
