Anxiety & pregnancy

I've suffered from anxiety for a while now & I just found out I'm pregnant 2 weeks ago. I'm happy about it, but I'm also very anxious. My first apt is tomorrow so I'm hoping that helps me. I feel like I constantly have to take deep breaths. Although I've wanted to become pregnant for a while now it's overwhelming & a different feeling than I thought. I know being anxious isn't good for me or my baby so I'm trying to find natural ways to relax. Any tips will be helpful & thanks in advance! 💗
