7DPO & No Symptoms??

Anyone else been 7days DPO with no symptoms and still get a BFP? Losing hope for this month ( month 4 ttc ): ) boo. 
Around 3/4 DPO I was getting sharp pains in my left lower tummy that actually made that area radiate heat .. But only for a couple hours? Has that happened to anyone else?
