How to tell the parents?

I'm 6w1d pregnant. 24 years old living with my boyfriend of two years. I'm happy and excited that I'm pregnant. Im with someone I know will be a great father and I'm completely independent of my parents, financial and otherwise. So why am I so nervous to tell my parents and the parents of my boyfriend?? I think Im old enough and stable enough but I have the feeling our parents will think otherwise and it makes me nervous. We're not married so I also think that plays a part but I being married was never a requirement for a baby for me , I just know it is for our parents. I'm just scared to disappoint them. Please share your experiences.
