Yeast infection at 5 weeks

So I'm a little over 5 weeks pregnant and was prescribed by my docotor something for a yeast infection I have. I'm 3 days in on a 7 day treatment. Yesterday, I had intense burning all day a little pink and brown discharge. Today I can occasionally see some light pibk discharge but I'm cramping a lot but no burning. Has anyone had this happen to them?
