Septum in uterus?

Question

Does anyone have a septum within their uterus? I currently have one and just had a miscarriage. My doctor wants to remove it, but I need some more information.

Has anyone had this removed and had a successful pregnancy?
Has anyone kept the septum and had a successful pregnancy?

Yes I did.
I had 3 miscarriages and one stillborn so after my baby boy died I had septum removal surgery and after 6 months of this septum removal I conceive a baby naturally nd had 3 year old cute girl now and again conceive and currently 13 weeks pregnant with baby#2.

I just watched this video about a girl with a septum in her uterus last night. I don't know much about her as I just found her videos last night but she had a miscarriage and a stillborn before she had the necessary testing and has had two babies since her surgery!
