Why can't I get pregnant?!

My fiance and I have been having unprotected sex for about a year. I am 28 and he is 31 and neither of us have children. I want this so bad and I am just wondering if any of you had any tips to give us. I feel like we are doing something wrong.

After a year you could consider seeing your doctor to see if there are any underlying health issues behind the infertility. If you'd rather not see a doctor at this point, there are wonderful books and websites that provide so so many strategies for becoming pregnant (check out "Take Charge of Your Fertility"). I'd say track your ovulation and make sure you're having sex during your fertile window. If that doesn't work you should call your gyno to make sure everything is ok
