4 days old omg ! Happy to have him home but why is one of my boobs giving me less milk than the other ? They are both the same size just for some reason less milk comes out ... Why ?!

Frequency is what increases milk supply. So start on the breast that produces less. (Empty as completely as you can.) Switch and repeat.  Then, see if you can get baby to return to the first breast. That (along with hopefully being emptied well from being first.) will help signal that breast that it needs to pick up production.

It's normal that one gives more than the other. The amount of milk is definitely not related to size. So nothing to worry. One thing to remind us finish one side fully before you go to the other one, so the baby gets the complete set of nutrients like the sugar, fat etc.

Try to fed more on the side that isn't producing enough switch when empty and pump other if baby gets full ...the more milk you take the more your body will produce to keep up with out take...also eating healthy and staying hydrated will help. Lots of water!! ;)

Try putting a hot rag on the breast that is producing less milk and then express with a pump... There may be a duct that is starting to get clogged and if you don't unclog it, you can potentially get mastitis which is ungodly amount of pain and sickness... Keep me updated☺
