11 weeks

Went in for a scheduled pap appointment yesterday and discussed some mild spotting with my doctor, and figured I was worried for nothing since spotting can be "normal". She did an ultrasound and I got so excited seeing my little baby again until she told me that baby was measuring 9 weeks and there was no heartbeat. Now it makes sense why my nausea randomly stopped and I've been feeling so good :( I am so heartbroken! And I know it's small but I'm so terrified of passing the baby. I dread every trip to the bathroom :( I just can't believe any of this is real.
