Miscarriage or egg never implanted?

I'm so depressed.i went to the hospital nd Dey took two urine prego test nd it came out negative nd den a Blood one nd it was slightly positive ..nd dey said they r not sure Wat the bleeding is from. DAT I might have miscarried or that the egg didn't implant. Nd right now am bleeding lyk am in my period nd i have very strong cramps....I was so happy nd now I just feel down depressed..I can't stop crying!!😭😭😭
