Size and fetal movement?

Does your size factor in when it comes to start feeling the baby move? I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and know it is probably too early to feel anything, but I have seen women post they had felt their baby move as early as 11 weeks. I am chubby anyways so I was wondering if that means I will feel baby move later than skinnier women?

I'm 13+5 and I am fairly small. This will be my first and I haven't felt anything.  However I know it's a little wriggler as it wouldn't keep still for my scan yesterday.  I am just assuming it's far too early yet.

You might feel/see movements on the outside later but your size shouldn't affect when you feel baby. Your doctor probably won't even mention kick counts or monitoring fetal movements until between 25-28 weeks.

I was wondering this too cause I've always had a stomach so now I'm 15w looking 25w and I see all these post of ppl feeling their babies. my nurses have been asking if ive felt movement since week 11 so now im like ok baby i see u movin on that US y can i not feel u yet :( and I was thinking I haven't bc im bigger true or false??

Whether it's your first or a later pregnancy I think makes a bigger difference. Once you felt that feeling it's easy to remember. And this early it's purely by chance that anyone is feeling movement.
