Heart beat?

Did any other UK mums not get to hear he baby's Heat beat at 12 week scan?? For some reason they didn't let me hear it they say 20 weeks scan I'll be able to and I should be able to at my 16 weeks midwife apt. I say it flutter on screen but was abit disappointed I didn't get to hear it xx

Im from the US but I didnt get to hear the heartbeat yet. I saw it beating and we could hear baby moving on the doppler but she wasnt able to hear it. Hopefully tomorrow

I've been treated to hearing it every appointment from my first ultrasound at 6 weeks. Why would they not allow it in the UK?

I had my 12wk scan yesterday and we didn't hear it either! I thought it was just the sonographer being miserable but looks like everyone else in the uks the same! We've bought a Doppler so know we know where abouts the baby is well give that a go ☺️ xx

I was the same hun I was gutted to read that people in us get to hear heartbeat at first scan... And that we have to wait till 16week appt. Luckily my 16 week appt was booked before scan so I will be 14w and 5 days when hopefully hear heartbeat xxxx

At 13.2 I saw it. I heard it at 9.3 on Doppler with dr. 11.4
