Exercise: New aches/pains
Hi ladies...I'm feeling a lot better in my second trimester but have noticed some new aches/pains during exercise. For example, today doing walking lunges with barbell (light weight) I felt this pulling on my lower spine that felt like it went forward through my abdomen/pevis (something I've never felt before). It wasn't bad enough to stop, just wondering if any other ladies have experienced this.
It stopped when the workout was done. I'm sure it's just stretching ligaments/muscles.
