Who said can't eat PORK while you are pregnant?

I'm just curious about this? I don't eat pork everyday. Just one time. Someone mentions said "don't eat pork." My mind was like bitch my doctor didn't said anything about this. I know have too cook very well and eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, a lot of water too. That's what I'm do since.

I'm doing the grandmother diet. Eating whatever the hell I want just like my grandmother did. Yes, I made that up. I hate that we have so many rules. 😆

Pork is fine,  even on daily basis, as long as it's cooked well. I am a pork addict, my obgyn said I can have it whenever I want,  just to make sure I don't eat raw fat or meat. ..of course,   I'm having bacon( covered in Nutella! !)

I've never heard of not eating pork when pregnant unless they meant like the cold deli meats? But even then you can still eat that

Well women in Puerto Rico would starve if they couldn't eat pork while pregnant, specially when it's a (delicious) staple in our cuisine.

Ive read a insight on here that says pork is great for you while your pregnant 😂 just make sure its cooked thoroughly
