Night nurse mommas?

How do you do it?!? I wish I could go back to work after the babe comes only part time but I will still have to do full time on nights! Any pointers or advice?

Can you/would you consider switching shifts? I'm a second shift RN and its working out great. I get some sleep at night and spend all morning with my LO. Plus we don't need a babysitter.

My husband is also a night nurse. So this works out great for us! We will just work opposite nights. We will only get 1 day off together....but we have no other options 😞
