This is my second day that i miss my period and not aure why. I took a pregnancy test and it was just one line. What can it be please help. Thank you

You could still be pregnant. Some women don't get a positive until AF is a week late! The best tests to use are First Response Early Result. I would wait a day or two and test again. I know it's nerve wracking.
