Concerned

Okay so I'm about six weeks pregnant and last Saturday I had some mild bleeding. It started off brown then turned to red and by the end of the day it was pink. By Sunday it was gone. I never had any cramping or anything but I'm so worried. The doctor had me come in this morning to check hormone levels and then also again on Friday. I know that a lot of women can have some kind of bleeding so nothing could be wrong but it's so hard to just wait around.
