Hemorrhoids

I've been suffering with 'piles' since age 15, I've had two halo procedures done where they've stitched the 'piles' both operations have done jack s*it, in fact they made them worse, 10 times worse. I never got bleeding before the operations and now every time I get bleeding. I suffer with ibs also. They are getting so bad now that every bowl movement I have my piles flare up, and bleed. This happens about 4 times sometimes 5 times a day. I'm getting to the point that even when I go for a wee my piles flare up. I'm at my wits end now. I'm in tears most nights because of the pain. And pregnancy is not making it any better. I'm only going to be 12 weeks Saturday and they're causing me so much pain already :( I'm using Anusol cream at the moment but it's just not doing a thing. All it does is burn and cause me more discomfort when I use it. I try soaking in a hot bath too but that doesn't help either. I can't even sit down on a chair without being in pain. Can anybody help me out here? What are the best things to use? Is there anything that actually works for piles? Thankyou!
