Miscarriage

I just got a call from my OB/GYN telling me they received my Lab results back. I've had a miscarriage at 5weeks 6days! This was my first pregnancy & I didn't even know I was pregnant till I witnessed passing tissue on Friday. I've cried so much I had to leave work early and I don't know how I'm gonna sleep tonight. I know I wasn't TTC but it's about the loss. I can't try again for at least 3months
