Acid reflux?

Does this sound like acid reflux? I get heartburn very easily and it will last for days when I am down it gets worse and I get sick to my stomach sometimes and I have a bitter taste I only started getting that a couple days ago and like I can feel something come up my throat alot and have a burning feel in my chest. Is it acid reflux?
