Blocked tubes question?

I haven't had a hsg yet but I want to have one soon if my tubes are blocked is there anyway that I can unblock them myself like herbs or anything that can? I really do not know if it's possible or if any of you ladies had experience and it did help please let me know. I'm really hoping their fine and it's just stress because I can not afford surgery or ivf at the moment.
