Was I ever really pregnant?

Saturday afternoon I took 2 tests- both coming out positive! One was with the lines, the second was digital. I have been so nauseous and bloated and unable to sleep. This morning, I started spotting a little and the nurse said not to worry and to call if it became pink or red. Well, it did.  I called and they sent me in for bloodwork. On my way home, I decided to stop and get another test. I tried a different brand and it came back negative. And since, I now have more blood, passing clots, cramping, and feel so much less nauseated. I am so emotional- was I ever really pregnant? Of course, by this time my doctor office is closed! Ugh!
