5wk 5day symptoms...?

So I am currently 5wks and 5 days and the only symptom I seem to have is CONSTANT pee... I have no morning sickness, my boobs are not all that sore...is something wrong...? Oh! And Iv been cramping off and on. Feeling anxiety 😔

I felt that way two around that time. Now I'm almost seven weeks. The boobs are full and swollen and tender. Still the on and off cramping. The bloating is real. So gassy. Burp like a pig. And fall asleep where ever the room can have 200 ppl in there. But I'm still getting my rest. Some nausea. But not to bad.

I'm 6 weeks today and I've had very little symptoms. Tiredness and sore boobs on and off. No sickness or anything else. I'm sure it will come for us both. I know what you mean though, it's worrying when you do t have many symptoms. My mum didn't have any at all her whole pregnancy , and didn't show till 7 months!
