Would you be happier in your relationship if your SO made more money? How important is money to you?

Why does the SO have to be the one to make more money? Why can't you make more money?

You know I wish my husband stopped focusing only on money he owns 7 companies he is like a work horse. I never see him I'm pretty much alone. I wish he can be a husband and father. He doesn't know how to relax and he is the one on the phone the whole vacation. Why have all that money when you never spend time with the people you love and enjoy your babies. He missed so many things. I may have a gorgeous house and beautiful car but I don't want I would give it away in a second for him to be a family. So ladies be careful what you wish for. Grass isn't greener always.

Money does not make you happy. I used to think that if my hubby made what he makes now, I'd be the happiest person on Earth. Truth is, whether he's making $12, $20 or $30 you need to be sincerely happy with yourself. Money makes life easier (sometimes), but not better.

More money is always nice but it's not the answer to everything and it doesn't always lead to happyness. I'm happy with been comfortable rathe than rich. Also it's not just down to the man to earn the money

I don't care who makes more than who. Our bills are paid, we have food, we're clothed... So, I am happy.

Lol we'll we're both in college and have to work shitty jobs to make ends meet. We have to work all the time even during the summer and holidays and that's fine but having more money, regardless of who was making it, would be great. It's cool though, we have an apartment together and don't have to deal with other people so we don't mind grinding now so we can have a more comfortable/ stable future together.

My hubby has always had a good job so we where comfortable but in the last three years his opened a few restaurant we have a lot more money Mash'Allah. Although his making more money I miss him having the weekend off just to go out and do this things with my family. He work very hard I'm not complaining of course I enjoy the finer things in life but it comes at a price. We still have a family holidays but we have to plan it around the busy season there's no way his taking time off. We got married very young it's taking a lot of hard work to get where we are and I do appreciate it but making money is a full time job

Absolutely. I'd be even more happy if I could find a job with the hours I need, because two incomes are better than one.

We need new cars, both of ours are junk, and I'd love to be able to move out of a subsidized apartment and have our own house! Unfortunately that's not in the cards for us right now, no matter how hard we try we just keep getting screwed over.
