Stomach cramps at 11.5 weeks

I was getting horrible stomach cramps yesterday, some of it was trapped wind but I've never had it this bad... When I got home I went straight in the bath (which I also read yesterday I shouldn't be doing) and went straight to bed, it was 7.45pm and I slept up until around 3am when I woke up with another weird stomach ache, this one was just above my belly button! I'm really freaking out here! Has anyone else experienced these stomach aches and cramps?
